Complaints

We make every effort to give the best service possible to everyone who attends our practice.

However, we are aware that sometimes things can go wrong resulting in a patient feeling that they have a cause for complaint. If this is so, we would wish for the matter to be settled as quickly, and as amicably, as possible.

If you have a complaint please let us know, you can either come in or call to speak to our Reception Lead or Practice Manager who will be able to advise you further.  Alternatively, you can raise complaints about a GP or GP services with NHS England on 0300 311 2233 or by email England.contactus@nhs.net.

Please see our Patient Information Leaflet and Easy Read guide below
