Private Fees

Bury Road Surgery- Private Fees/Non NHS

The following are charges for services that are not covered by the General Medical Services contract and have to be paid for as a private service. The turnaround on this type of work is 3-4 weeks as NHS work has to take priority. Please ensure that you allow plenty of time for this work to be done. In the event that you need a quicker turnaround, then the doctor may be able to do this but it would attract a surcharge to the fees below at the following rate:

Report within 24 hours - 100% increase in the price quoted below

Report within 7 days - 50% increase in the price quoted below

Please also note that it may not be possible to offer this rapid turnaround due to NHS workload. If you would like a faster than normal turnround please discuss with staff who will then let you know if this is possible after discussing it with the doctor.
